Synopsis:
This nine-part miniseries recreates the famous case of the Menéndez brothers, who brutally murdered their parents in Beverly Hills in 1989. While the prosecution maintains they did it to inherit the family fortune, the siblings claim to have acted out years of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse inflicted by their father. The story employs multiple narrative perspectives (including the Rashomon Effect) without seeking an absolute truth, but rather exploring who the "monsters" in this story really are.
